For a quote we need the site location, the rough date window, what the footage is for, and whether there is an existing permit or site access arrangement. That is usually enough to come back with a number.

Rates. Day rate for cinematography, per-hectare for mapping, fixed price for scheduled progress capture. We send a written scope with every quote and do not bill outside it without asking first.

Lead time. Two weeks is comfortable. We can sometimes do less, but permit turnaround is the constraint, not our calendar.

Where we are. Studio in Singapore. Site work across Singapore and southern Malaysia; further afield on request.
